In 1982, Don Cecil opened a TV, VCR, and appliance rental business in De Queen, AR that quickly began to grow. Don’s company opened several more locations and expanded to include rent-to-own services, with his daughter, Rhonda Weatherford, taking over management in 1996. Now in its’ third generation of family ownership, Don’s E-Z Pay serves small-town communities across Arkansas and Oklahoma, providing them with the best rent-to-own furniture, appliances, electronics and more.
